Product Return/পণ্য ফেরত

1. When the delivery man reaches your address with the product, if it is cash on delivery then you will check the product better before the Price Council.
2. If the online payment is done then after delivery of the product, the delivery man will wait 5m. You will check the product well.
3. If the product does not match the discretion, product image or order of the product given to us, then the delivery man tells the problem while you are present at your door and return the product.
(Note: InshaAllah, we check well before supplying the product, so there will be no error in the product.)

১. ডেলিভারি ম্যান পণ্য নিয়ে যখন আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছাবে, যদি তা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি হয় তাহলে তাকে মূল্য পরিষদের আগে পণ্য ভালো করে চেক করবেন নিবেন।
২. যদি অনলাইন পেমেন্ট হয় তাহলে পণ্য ডেলিভারির পর, ডেলিভারি ম্যান ৫ মিঃ অপেক্ষা করবে আপনি পণ্য ভালো করে চেক করবেন নিবেন।
৩. পণ্য যদি আমাদের দেয়া ডিসক্রিশন, পণ্যের ছবি বা অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যে সাথে মিল না থাকে, তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান আপনার দরজায় উপস্থিত থাকা অবস্থায় সমস্যাটা বলেন এবং পণ্য ফেরত দিয়ে দেন।
(বিঃদ্রঃ-ইনশাআল্লাহ, আমরা পণ্য সরবরাহকারর আগে ভালো করে চেক করে দেই, তাই পণ্যে কোন প্রকার ত্রুটি থাকবে না।)

Refund/অর্থ ফেরত

1.If you have paid for your product online. After your product is returned, we will inform you when you get your money back.
2.If you have paid for your product online. Then if the product is canceled, InshaAllah, we will refund your money as little as possible.
(Note: Do not worry about the money you provide InshaAllah, we will refund your money as little as possible.)

১.আপনি যদি অনলাইনে আপনার পণ্যটির জন্য অর্থ প্রদান করে থাকেন। আপনার পণ্যটি ফিরে পাওয়ার পরে, আপনি কবে নাগাদ আপনার টাকা ফেরত পাবেন তা আমরা আপনাকে অবহিত করব।
২.আপনি যদি অনলাইনে আপনার পণ্যটির জন্য অর্থ প্রদান করে থাকেন। তারপর পণ্য বাতিল করলে ইনশাআল্লাহ, আমরা যত দ্রুরুত সম্ভব আপনার অর্থ ফেরত দিব।
